Nova, a little short-haired tabby, was abandoned. The little kitten was very sick and needed immediate medical attention. AALOC took him in and made sure he received the care he needed. Now Nova is healthy and ready to find a new home.
Nova is smart and very friendly. We feel he would do best in a quiet home with a pet parent who enjoys a very affectionate cat that loves attention.
We are recommending Nova be adopted into an adult-only families or a family with children 12 years or older.
As with most young cats, early human interaction is important to Nova’s social development. Play at this stage of a cat’s life is also vital because it increases their physical coordination, confidence and curiosity, and teaches limits while they explore leadership ranking (who’s in charge) and how to be a cat.
Please submit an application to adopt Nova. Once your application is reviewed and approved we will contact you to make an appointment to visit us at AALOC to meet Nova during visiting hours (10am to 3pm daily) and get to know him a bit.
