Mother Faith was pregnant and on the street, alone, before she was spotted and scooped up by the AALOC team. What could have been a horrible start to life for Faith’s five kittens (two females and three males) turned into one of the best things that could possibly happen to this feline family.
Joy is one of Faith’s two female kittens. A black and white tuxedo cat with a pink button nose, Joy is inquisitive and playful. Joy has exceptionally long whiskers and blue-grey eyes. Her coat is short in length, white in front and black in the back. She has four angel-white paws with little pink pads.
As with most kittens, early human interaction with Joy is important to her social development. Play at this stage of a cat’s life is also vital because it increases their physical coordination, confidence and curiosity, and teaches limits while they explore leadership ranking (who’s in charge) and how to be a cat. Joy will also require regular vet appointments to ensure she has all her vaccinations and to be spayed.
Please submit an application to adopt Joy. Once your application is reviewed and approved we will contact you to make an appointment to visit us at AALOC to meet Joy during visiting hours (10am to 3pm daily) and get to know her a bit.
